1. Where are you based? We are a Bermuda based Bermudian-owned business. As you can tell, we’re proud to be Bermudian. 
2. Where are your products made? Select Ankara collections are made in Bermuda, while others are custom tailored in West Africa. All t-shirt prints are designed and printed in Bermuda. 
3. How can I order Fresh Faith Apparel? Orders can be made directly on our website.  
4. How do I pay for my order? Payments can be made directly on our website. If requested, payment upon delivery for orders over $100 and bank transfer options can be made available.  
5. How can I collect my order? We offer free island-wide delivery options for all orders over $100. Upon placement of your order, we will arrange logistics for delivery or collection. 
6. My item was not what I expected, how do I return an item or get a refund? Please read our Refund Policy here. 
7. Do you offer custom tailored Ankara pieces? Yes! If you like a style that is not available in your size, let us know and we can arrange for a custom-tailored piece to be made for you, pending material availability. 
8. I have an idea for a faith-based t-shirt design. Do you offer custom designs? Yes, send us your design idea or artwork and we can get it on a shirt for you.
